One payment January- March $340.00/ 1class/ week, second child up to 15% discount (min supplies included) or 2 payments x $180.00 by Jan. 1 & Feb.15, 1 class/ week, second child up to 15% discount (min supplies included)

I understand and acknowledge that my child has to obey and follow the rules and instructions given by teacher or the student will be expelled without refund. MAA is not responsible for any injury or damage except such injury or damage which was caused by the Academy’s negligence. I also understand that the fees have to be paid for the whole session regardless how many classes a student attends and my child can only attend the program after payment has been received. Late pay fee of $2.00/day will be applied. Children must be picked after class by parents or guardian in person. Late pick fees of $5.00/5min will be imposed.
